Gates Promises Aid Vaccine Development Fund

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation will donate 10 billion dollars over a period of next decade to fund research new vaccine manufacturing will be given to people in poor countries.

He said the donation will produce the number of immunizations so great that it expected to reach the target vaccine to 90 percent of children in poor countries so that they are protected from deadly diseases, like diarrhea and pneumonia.
“This is the decade of the vaccine. The vaccine has proven safe and improve the quality of life of people in poor countries. Through the latest innovations in the world we hope the vaccine will be more children are saved,” said Bill Gates in a statement.

2. Do not eat or drink in significant amounts before bedtime. Should eat a light amount of at least 2 hours before bed.
3. Avoid nicotine, and alcohol cafein at night. Thirdly it can make us to stay awake. At least avoid drinking alcohol for 8 hours before bed.
