Eliminate Acne on Back Body

Acne can appear on the back of the body, either in the back, arms and buttocks. Acne is commonly known as the model bacne aka back acne. The shape was all kinds, ranging from small pellets used, lump blackish, to form a cyst. Bacne can be more painful than usual because of the many acne pores are affected than in the face.
The cause is unknown bacne. However, as with acne face, bacne suffered by many teenagers who had just puberty.
How to Overcome bacne?
If still mild, treatable own bacne with benzoyl peroxide cream 10% and salisil acid. However, when it is heavy, you should consult a dermatologist. Bacne who had severe enough not only be treated with topical (only in the affected area). You may have to take certain antibiotics and anti-inflammatory to remove acne from the inside.
Always change your clothes when sweaty after exercise or heat.
Adjust your clothing with a more loosely so as not to cause friction with your acne. Use a soft clothes from materials that contain a lot of cotton.
