This study is important because, according to the American Heart Association, 17.6 million Americans estimated to suffer from coronary heart disease. As for heart disease is the leading cause of death in United States and other industrialized countries.

Checking my new neighbourhood, my new place to call home, since I move to this town. I left my hometown for work, Living in this city of course will bring many changes to my life. My daily hobby to go jogging or anykind of sport, will be different. I must found a best place for running with my running shoes, or cycling and of course with bike shoes.
Sport is my hobby, so I have all the equipment for sport, recently i also learn for golf, so just buy golf shoes with the information that I get from shopwiki. Hardly to find park near here, so I can get fresh air when I do jog or cycling in the morning, well I must realize that this is the city life. The simple way to do sport I think by visiting gymnastic centre, and it’s actually at a mall, too many noise. But I think this is better than not doing any sport.
