My Friend own an event organizer company, she urge so much to detail, especially  to layout and design of the event/shows that she working on. Not only, the themes, the people, and the run down of activities that should be perfect so people will interest to come,but place and layout is one of the most important things.

When making one big Event layout she always want perfection. She told me detail from trade show flooring, trade show carpet and of course text logo mats must designable in perfect way and shows interest to people that come to the event that she working on.
Trade show flooring comes in a variety styles and shapes, a flowery style, an abstract style depend on the event that will going to be held, there is even printed flooring so that end users can add a logo or message to the flooring.

Not to make the event more special, yet make the event that she working on being able  to get branding sense to people that comes, so people will remember  in the future.
Other important things is of course advertising plan of the event should be timely adjustable. No one will knows if you dont tell it to the worlds, so what you do will become terribly waste of time.

Well so much work to do in Event Organizer things, but lot of fun thoug, when people already knows your event you can double or triple it or make annually held, so people will come visit automatically.
