Often feel cranky lately? body is not fit & always feel tired? It could be a sign that we are not resting enough. Problems in the workplace, finances, housework burden, problems with spouse or children sometimes can not make us rest in peace. We may not be able to control all the factors that can impair quality of rest but we can create the environment or habits that can improve the quality of our rest.

Here are some tips that can be practiced to improve the quality of our rest:
1. Make a routine in terms of sleep and time awake us. By getting used to sleep & wake up at the same time can set the body to break the cycle and also allows us to sleep easier at night.

2. Do not eat or drink in significant amounts before bedtime. Should eat a light amount of at least 2 hours before bed.

3. Avoid nicotine, and alcohol cafein at night. Thirdly it can make us to stay awake. At least avoid drinking alcohol for 8 hours before bed.

4. Exercise regularly. Physical activity done regularly can make us sleep more quickly and more soundly. But for some people when exercising the right sebelumt sleep can make it more difficult to sleep.
