Activity in the crowded office sometimes make you struggle to find foods that meet nutritional standards. Yet there are at least 7 types of micro nutrient intake should be our daily lives. It would be a little difficult to recall these types of nutrients, because it would be easier if you recognize a snack that contains vitamins and minerals needed this.
1. Calcium

7. Vitamin E
