hipertensi

1. Kidney Pain

Secondary hypertension associated with kidney called renal hypertension (renal hypertension). Kidney disorders cause the most high blood pressure is a narrowing of the renal artery, which is the main blood vessels to the blood supplier kidney organs. If the blood supply decreases, the kidneys will produce many substances that increase blood pressure.

2. Stress

Stress can trigger the sympathetic nervous system thus increasing the activity of the heart and blood vessel pressure.

3. Apnea

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a sleep disorder in which patients repeatedly stop breathing (between 10-30 seconds) during sleep. Apnea is usually suffered by people who are overweight and followed by other symptoms such as unusual sleepiness during the day, snoring, morning headaches, and edema (swelling) in the lower leg. Half of apnea patients suffer from hypertension, which may be triggered by hormonal changes due to reaction to the disease and the stress it caused.

4. Hyper / hypothyroidism.

Hyperthyroidism or thyroid hormone excess are marked with easy heat (feels hot), weight loss, palpitations and tremors. Excess thyroid hormone stimulates the activity of the heart, increasing blood production, and increase the resistance of blood vessels leading to hypertension.

Hypothyroidism or thyroid hormone deficiency characterized by fatigue, weight loss, hair loss and weak muscles. The relationship between thyroid deficiency and hypertension has not been known, but suspected that the slow metabolism due to thyroid deficiency resulted in delayed blood vessels and increases blood pressure.

5. Preeclampsia

Preeclampsia is hypertension due to pregnancy (gestational hypertension) is usually the case in the third trimester of pregnancy. Preeclampsia is caused by increased blood volume during pregnancy and hormonal changes. Approximately 5-10% first pregnancy was marked by preeclampsia.

6. Koarktasi Aorta (Aortic coarctation)

Koarktasi or narrowing of the aorta is a congenital disorder that causes high blood pressure.

7. Adrenal gland disorders

Adrenal gland regulate kidney function and blood pressure. If one or both adrenal glands impaired, it can cause excessive production of hormones that increase blood pressure.

8. Parathyroid gland disorders

Four paratirod glands in the neck produces a hormone called parathormone. Parathormone excess production will increase levels of calcium in the blood, leading to high blood pressure.

In addition to the eight diseases / disorders above, there are several others that could be the cause of secondary hypertension, among others:

* Excessive alcohol consumption
* Use Pill
* Side effects of flu drug specific and appetite-reducing drugs
* Diabetes
* Wilms’ tumor (in children)

Lately, many media reported the results of the research team concluded that IPB is about 23 percent of infant formula containing the bacteria Enterobacter sakazakii. Enterobacter Sakazii is contained bacteria and was widely known as a unique species in 1980. He can be present anywhere, either at home, hospital, playground and baby food manufacturers. E. Sakazii in small quantities in milk and baby food-well, comes from factories or contamination during preparation, usually not membahayakan.minum-milk-formula

The highest risk of bacterial infection exists in the intensive care newborn (neonatal intensive care), because the newborn’s body is still very vulnerable by a variety of infections. E. Potential to cause outbreaks Sakazii enteritis (inflammation of the digestive tract), sepsismeningitis (infection of the lining of the spinal cord and brain) and necrotizing enterocolitis (inflammation of the stomach lining) when neonatal care was not intesive well tersterilisasi.

Other high-risk infant formula occurred in the left too long in a warm room temperature. E. Sakazii breed at a temperature of 37-44 degrees Celsius. Unlike the mother’s milk that contains an antibacterial substance, formula milk is not bakteriostatis (restrain growth and reproduction of bacteria) so easily become a breeding bacteria.

The results of these studies should make us wary. In addition to more selective in choosing dairy products for our children, caution is also needed in the preparation and feeding. To reduce the risk of contamination of formula, do a few tips:

* Use cooking water from a good source. When using bottled drinking water should be boiled again to make it more secure. Avoid the use of water wells contain untested chemicals and reniknya body.
* Sterilize the bottle before use. Boil bottle and pacifier in boiling water for a few minutes to kill bacteria and other germs.
* Before preparing the milk, wash your hands with soap and warm water, then wipe dry with a towel / wipes clean. Your hand can be a source of contamination. (The mothers are often not realized after changing diapers and preparing formula milk without washing your hands thoroughly!).
* Check the condition of the milk cans. If you do not happen “small explosion” when the milk can is opened, there may be a leak. Do not give your baby formula milk that their packaging has been damaged.
* Prepare enough formula. A prepared milk to be given to infants. Do not let the milk formula at room temperature for too long. Formula milk in the open space more than two hours should be discarded. When stored in the refrigerator, always check the condition before it is given back to the baby and should be discarded after passing 24 hours. Several types of bacteria can live and breed in low temperatures.
* Do not store the remaining milk was given to the baby. Discard the rest of the milk drunk not a baby. Milk may have been exposed to bacteria from saliva and the baby’s mouth.
* When traveling, do not keep your sterile vial in the same place with dirty diapers or clothes. Keep the bottle in its place safely isolated.
