1. Protect your skin from the sun
It is very important for skin care is to protect the skin from the sun. UV rays from the sun can damage the skin, causing wrinkles, dry & rough skin and even tumors of skin cancer.

- Avoid to activities outside the home from 9 am-4 pm, when the time limit to activity.
- Use clothes that can protect the skin from the sun like a long-sleeved shirt, hat, etc..

2. Do not smoke

Smoking also can narrow the blood vessels in the skin, as a result of nutrition for the skin is reduced which then can increase the occurrence of damage to the elastic layer of the skin (elastin) & collagen. 3. Clean the face with a soft
Cleanup is one thing that is important to treat the skin. The key is to treat the skin gently.
- Use warm water & bath time limit. Or hot water in the shower too long can remove natural oils from the skin, bath time limit should be about 15 minutes & use warm water only.
- Avoid using harsh soaps. Teralalu harsh soaps can remove the skin’s natural oils, causing skin to dry. Should choose the type of mild soap or detergent which has no added oils or fats.
- Avoid using materials that can irritate the skin. If you have sensitive skin types, avoid products containing perfumes or bleach because it can irritate the skin or trigger an allergic reaction.
- Remove eye makeup carefully. We recommend using a soft sponge or cotton to clean the makeup in the eye area to avoid damage to the area

4. Use your regular body lotion

5. Shave carefully
Shaving habits is one way that is easy & cheap to remove the feathers unwanted body. But shaving can irritate the skin, especially if the dry skin types, sensitive or thin.
The following tips so as not to irritate the shaved skin:
- Compress the area to be shaved with its warm towel to help soften the hair or Shave after a shower with warm water.
- Do not shave dry skin because it can cause blisters. Apply a first cream, lotion or gel before shaving the hair to protect & moisturize the skin.
- Use a razor nersih & sharp, if using an electric razor blade to adjust the distance not too close so as not to hurt the skin.
- Shave in the direction of hair growth.
- When you’re done shaving, rinse with warm water.
If irritation does occur, apply a moisturizer that does not contain ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol because it can be more dry skin.
